Where we are based
We are based in Knysna in the Western Cape and ship by Aramex courier anywhere in South Africa. We are an online store rather than a walk-in shop. If you would like to collect an order or see a watch in person, email us first so we can arrange a time.
What to include when you write to us
Give us these three things and we can usually solve the problem in one reply:
- Your order number, which is in your order confirmation email
- The model, for example PD-1662 GMT
- A photograph or short video, if the question is about the condition of a watch
